I’m a UX and graphic designer based in Seattle and Los Angeles, currently majoring in Design Media Arts and Cognitive Science at UCLA.
My interest in visual communication started with fine art and after taking a web design class, I became aware of all the design choices that shape our behavior and perceptions online. Ever since then, I've been interested in the intersection between design, technology, and people. I’m passionate about designing intuitive, accessible experiences, and I value collaborating with other designers and developers to grow.
I sang opera for several years and have been playing piano and singing in choirs since I was six. Although I’ve stepped out of the stage lights, I still love going to concerts, finding new music, and supporting my musician friends as they release more albums, sing more roles, and fill bigger venues. Performing as a musician taught me to value the powers of communication and collaboration, which I take into my design. By designing promotional material, branding, and merchandise, I translate the essense of my fellow creatives’ work to help them connect with their audience.
Outside of design, I like reading alt comics, singing opera, and kickboxing.
